Head floral designer and owner Mandee Lipsman has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design from The University of Southern California and prides herself on her excellent sense of color and balance. She creates beautiful, hand-crafted arrangements, personalized to each client bringing a style of modern luxury. After years of working for others, Mandee decided it was time to start her own business and is excited to do so in her hometown of Philadelphia. She hopes to inspire her two young daughters to be their own bosses and do what makes them happy.
